Refund & Return Policy:

I.S.A. has a 30 days unconditional guarantee. You may return within 30 days all unused products for refund, less shipping/handling charges. Contact our customer representative at (480) 829-0154 Mon-Fri, 8:00-4:00 MST, to obtain a return authorization.

On Return - What is the criteria for disposal VS restock:

All openned returns must be inspected. If the product has not been used, damaged, or soiled, it may be restocked. All used, damaged, or soiled products must be saved for inspection by owner or his agent before disposal or restock return to customer

What is allowed to be disclosed to customers regarding product or company:

No company information should be disclosed to any customer. All the inquirers information: Name, Address, Email,  Phone #  and the nature of their inquiry must be obtained and forwarded to owner.
